Camaro SS 2015 Rims with Tires BRAND NEW

I took of the stock rims that have never been used because I put different ones on. They have never been driven on. The dirt you see in the pic is from storage. I got quoted from the dealership that I have $4,500 dollars worth of rubber and rims. I am willing to negotiate the price a little, but these are brand new and beautiful rims that are coming with the tires as well. (I do have all 4 rims I just didnt fit it in the pic).  Sorry, I do not know the tire measurements.
