4 brand new 16 inch Toyota rims mou nted/balanced on 205/60R16 Goodyear Assurance tires with 70% life left.

I have four brand new Toyota rims. I don’t think they have ever been mounted on a car, and if they have it wasn’t for long. They are 16 inch wheels. They are mounted/balanced on some Goodyear Assurance tires. The tires are used and have about 60-70% life left on them. I am willing to drop them off or meet somewhere if the distance isn’t too far. I would really like to sell quickly because I need the money. $400 or best offer. I’m willing to negotiate.
