20″ GM wheels 8 lug with tires/sensors/center caps

I have a set of 20″ GM wheels off of a 2011 Silverado with tpms and center caps.the come with a set of Goodyear wrangler tires two are at 10/32 and the other two are at 6/32.the tires will be mounted to the rims when sold.all four rims have the clear coat peeling around the stem.
