245/40/18 Run Flat Tire Set

Have a nearly new set of 245/40/18 Pirelli P Zero Nero A/S – V Rated run flat tires. We purchased a Cadillac recently and these tires were installed at the time of sell. My spoused hated the ride of the run flat tires on the Cadillac, so I paid for a secnd set of non run flat tires for the vehicle.
