24” Versante Rims/Tires

Bought a car from previous owner and these rims/tires came with. The rims are plasti dipped; the black can be peeled off, as shown in the picture. They are perfectly fine besides some curb rash. The tires will come with if you’d like them, but one is not available due to it having air leaks. They are Nexen N3000 255/30ZR24 97Y tires.
Just want them to go on a car where someone will appreciate them. 1,200$ or best offer.
