18 inch white American Racing rims and tires

I bought these and onlh had them on mh car for about 3 weeks and sold the car so I still have the like new rims and brand new tires, the tires were 600.00 alone. One rim has a small dent on the outside rim of the rim but there is no separation from the tire they still seal and everything, it’s from hitting a curb but it is fixable the j just don’t see putting more money into them just to sell.
